It’s a bit of an occupational hazard getting infections and viruses like colds, and I certainly feel I’ve had my share over the past few years! I was reading John Briffa’s blog the other day and noted he said the same thing. He started taking Vitamin D a year ago to see if it would help as it has a good pedigree for respiratory infection control especially, and hasn’t had an illness since. Good enough for me, I thought, so I have started my own trial. Wish me luck! If you want to see what he said, go to his website at http://www.drbriffa.com/.
